• Full Name :

I began my career in competitive athletics relatively late, first competing in 2006 as a seventeen year old. As a result I had a limited youth and junior career. However, having begun late, I made steady and significant improvements in my first few years, 10.75 to 10.26 in the space of two seasons. My most significant improvement came in 2009 with me running a time of 10.09 which ranked me third in the UK, and ranked me amongst the quickest guys in Europe as well as the UK, but unfortunately that season ended early with injury. So it was not until 2010 where I first got the opportunity to represent my country, which was at the European Championships in Barcelona. I continued to struggle with injury, although inspite of this I was still able to be one of the quickest men in the UK, but did not fully reach my potential, as of a result of all my injuries, until I changed coach in 2012 and made the 2012 London Olympic Team. In the following years I went on to run a time of 9.91 which ranked me only second to Linford Christie in the UK all time list, as well as now establishing me as one of the quickest guy in the world. I also went on to become a European 100m and 4x100m relay champion and picked up four national medals along the way.
