How I Started
When I was ten I snapped a ligament in my leg while I was skiing, this put me out of the sport for a year and this break drove me to try new things as I had been skiing my whole life competing in competitions and enjoying the hobby. After that break I began Mountaineering and started to climb to new heights!
My Greatest Achievement
My greatest achievement is achieving a Guinness World Record for being the youngest person to summit Lhotse which is an 8516m climb to the summit! And just nine days after this I also summited Makalu which is an 8463m climb too. After this I was tired but ready to do it again in fact!
My Greatest Challenge
My greatest challenge has been attempting to be the youngest person to summit the 14 highest peaks on earth! The hardest challenge has been being able to climb in the first place as there are a lot of variables and different things that need to be monitored before we begin our journey. This can result in us having to abandon an expedition if there is high snowfall or the weather isn’t perfect.
My Hobbies
Outside of mountaineering, I am usually looking for sponsorship and planning my next expedition! You can also find me in the gym keeping myself in tip-top condition ready for the next peak.
My Future goals
In the future, I am excited to finish the 14 highest peaks in the world before November 2023 as I hope to break the Guinness World Record as the youngest mountaineer to complete all 14 peaks.
